My goodness! Isn't it remarkable what the human body can do!!
Still, nothing us girls couldn't master given a few tins of spray tan and an hour or two in the gym.

thanks Doreen I did it that was ok we have done better on a Friday night Doreen you usually do it hanging from your teeth Jean and Jenni I have seen you doing the same thing with your tassels and I normally swing from the lights by my toes will say no more dont want to give away too many secrets  Mary L

yes we know about the spray  Doreen I hope Eleanor dosent mind me telling about her little trick I was just so amazed I did not think any-one could do what she did and still have a smile on her face  and the new thing Lylie came up with BOY that truely was the best (my eyes are still watering) Mary L
